1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use G-max. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information during registration.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in permanent bans.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.

2. Orders & Services

G-max provides social media marketing services including followers, likes, views, and engagement across various platforms. By placing an order you acknowledge:

• Orders are final once processing begins.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary by service.
• G-max does not guarantee permanent results — social media platforms may remove engagement.
• You must not use our services for illegal activities or to violate any platform's Terms of Service.

3. Payments & Wallet

All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-withdrawable. Deposits are credited to your G-max wallet and can only be used for purchasing services on this platform.

• Minimum deposit: ₦500
• Payment processing handled by Paystack, Flutterwave, and crypto wallets.
• We are not responsible for failed payments due to bank or card issues.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on G-max:

• Using G-max to harm, harass, or defame any individual or organisation.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform.
• Creating fake accounts or using stolen payment methods.
• Reselling our services in a way that damages our reputation.

5. Termination

G-max reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms. Banned accounts forfeit their wallet balance without recourse.
